This was posted a little while back but quickly removed. Now its up in HD. The fourth film based on the video game franchise (not including the animated movie Degeneration), looks to be high on action and low on substance… I’m OK with that. The third film Extinction was probably my favorite. Total fast paced zombie action!!!

Cropsey – July 23rd and 24th This one looks really interesting!… OTTAWA PREMIERE Realizing that the boogeyman stories of their youth have come true, two filmmakers investigate the mystery behind five missing children and uncover a reality more terrifying than any urban legend. Sounds like a pretty standard horror film, doesn’t it? And it would be, except for one thing: it’s a documentary.

George A. Romero’s App of the Dead for iPhone and iPod Touch will let you turn human faces from your own images into the undead!!!  It will allow you to add wounds and other deformities as you turn your friends (or enemies) into zombies!!!

You can even get your zombie killin urges sated, as this will allow you to “shoot” at your created zombies, with a full on blood-splatter effect!  Fuck Yeah!!!  Zombies can also be saved and then uploaded to Facebook or even emailed to your friends (or…enemies!).   Sounds like the first good idea to hit the iPhone (i Kid!!!)

App of the Dead is ‘coming soon’ to the App Store,  but not soon enough for the ‘Zombieking’!!!  If you see it and you got one… go buy it and let me know if it’s cool and all that crap….

There will be prizes and the associated bad assery that normally comes when we present a film… where you say?  Well at the MAYFAIR theatre in Ottawa, Ontario of course!

“Zombie Meat,” an exquisite new Japanese snack for the horror enthusiast, consists of bite-sized chunks of tender blue flesh that, according to the package, has been aged to deadly perfection at the graveyard.  Yummy!!!
