I was thrilled with the amount of gore, but disappointed in the story.... and no the boobs weren't as 3D as I would have liked them... perfect opportunity blown! I would have much more preferred to see this in 2D... but its not showing in 2D. I will give you this though, there is a shade or two of Mega Piranha here... but I don't want to spoil it! Also, Aja is already moving forward on a sequel, possibly in Thailand! I checked this out last week! Gotta say: by your definition I have to say that 'Pretty Woman' is a zombie film then, cause I got a sense of dread that Julia Roberts is gonna open up that giant mouth and try to act...which give me a sense of dread... The best part about this site is this: I'm right...period. So while you and others decide to call a movie a zombie movie even when it isn't... good on you, but I sleep great at night knowing you're wrong! ...it's GOOD to be the King! So obviously they are not zombies but I still tend to classify whether a movie feels like a zombie movie or not going by that sense of dread in being confronted by a massive force of violent beings who can't really be detered from their resolution to do horrible things to you by way of logic or reason.. especially if they are or use to be human. from the perspective I have even loosely described black hawk down as a freakin zombie movie rather than an all out war flick. not because they're zombies... but because if you like that certain thrill a zombie movie gives you for the reasons i've listed then that falls under the same category. but for the sake of the people who define zombie movies purely as corpses risen from the dead by whatever means I hereby coin this term in the name subgenre of the 'antizombie yet still zombiish' flick. are we all happy now? can we sleep at night?
